Hi,

I'm trying to install Netcdf-4.0.1 on CentOS-5.2 with Intel 10 compilers. After following install doc of Netcdf-3.6.0 with intel 10 compilers given at Intel Software Network also, still the problem persists.

It appears the configure stage didn't complete, and you haven't shown the evidence.

It appears the configure stage didn't complete, and you haven't shown the evidence.

After setting CPPFLAGS="-fPIC -DpgiFortran", the errors disappeared. It compiled successfully.
