One step in the install of XE 2019 takes a long time

Does anyone else see the dreaded "Removing component 10 of 10: Visual Studio 2017 and 2019 deintegration" which takes about an hour.

It runs for both install and uninstall and is not a component I specifically selected.

Please fix this for future versions.

I have not seen it take an hour, but 5-10 minutes is not unusual.
