When in VS Studio 2019, how can I access OneAPI Fortran examples to practice coding for Windows applications such as dialog boxes?

If they are installed with OneAPI HPc, where are they to be found?

They aren't installed.  What you want is https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/download/776976.html

These were from the 2019 edition and have not been updated since, but no changes were needed.

These were from the 2019 edition and have not been updated since, but no changes were needed.
