PROBLEMS TO COMPILE INCLUDING IMSL LIBRARY

I am using a 64 b machine and have set all required items to compile a Fortran code, including the line at 189 of Main code:

INCLUDE 'link_fnl_static.h'

However, the message:

Error 1 error #5102: Cannot open include file 'link_fnl_static.h' C:\\CeSFaMB\\CeSFaMB_403\\Source\\Main.for 189

continues to show. I wonder if anyone could help me. Thank you.
