Parallel Studio XE 2019 remote installation problem

I'm trying to install the full executable on a standalone machine.  Have the license in the correct place, and am running as administrator on my 64-bit Windows 10 machine.  Immediately get the message: "The self extracting executable file appears to have been corrupted and cannot be executed.  You should obtain a new copy of the file to ensure that it will execute correctly".  Got a new copy.  Multiple times.  Same issue.  Any suggestions?
