Parallel Studio not recognizing Visual Studio 2017

I installed Visual Studio (Community Studio) 2017 and I tried three versions of Parallel Studio so far (2017, 2018, 2019), and none of the installers can identify Visual Studio 2017. All of them say I do not have a visual studio installed and therefore the integrated items (Fortran compiler specifically) cannot be installed.

Any ideas on this?

The post got approved too late. I don't know what happened exactly, I checked some registry stuff and uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and now it is all ok. So... Yeah...
