Past Versions of INTEL FORTRAN

The US Energy Information makes annual forecasts using a system called the "National Energy Modeling System" or NEMS. The software is available to the public but can only be run with INTEL FORTRAN Version 9.1. Is it possible for a current license holder to obtain a past version of INTEL FORTRAN for this use?
