Can someone help me to solve this problem?
I am trying to purchase the intel FORTRAN compiler for my company, as my company rule states that we could only pay direct to intel, therefore we will need intel to send us a invoice before my company can proceed with the payment process.
I have searched everywhere, hope to find an intel phone number that I could ring, but even the customer support team member told me they do not have a pre-sales support team, this is very odd since there is a "pre-sale" section on the "contact us" page on the website (I've tried to email them, but no reply at all)
So im not sure what I should do, and is there a number that i could ring for this kind of problem?
