I have the Intel Fortran 2025.3 installed with VS 2022 v17.14.21. When I attempt to look at the properties for a Fortran project I am present with the following empty page:
I have tried repairing my install and the problem persist. Any suggestions on how to get the properties to appear.

It seems you didn't select any valid Fortran project.
The project name should appear to the left of the window title, which is not the case for you.

Can you explain how you created your project?
