Hi All,

I would like to be able to activate a hyperlink programmatically so that new users of my application can register their use of a piece of third party freeware. Can this be done?

Many thanks for any tips or suggestions.

This seems to work, although you may want to look for a registry entry to find the browser location instead of hard coding it ...

CALL SYSTEMQQ ('"c:program filesinternet exploreriexplore.exe" www.google.com.au')

No please. Use ShellExecute instead. See Steve's article about it.

If you want more flexibility you can use HlinkSimpleNavigateToString.
This allows you to specify a location within the hyperlink target and a target frame.
