hello, I have a problem when I want to install ASPEN, the problem is as shown below, is there a solution for me to solve this?

Try:

Start | Intel oneAPI 2023 | ... command prompt for Intel 64 ...

IOW launch the command line window with the environment variables (Intel 64 in this case).

Then issue the command line to run the ASPEN installler program from within that CMD window.

Cannot say that that will work, but worth a try until ASPEN support is available.

I would try the three steps outlined in the picture.  Worth a shot.
