I findout, what in url: http://pdp-10.trailing-edge.com/decuslib10-04/01/43,50342/progms.all. file containing source SINV is 06060 SINV.SSP.
How can I download it? There are no other links to archive or file...

Their search page leads to plain text versions of sinv +mfsd, as well as mprd.
