Small oversight with IFX 2025.3.1

On Windows, with IFX 2025.3.1 (the recently patched version), the COMPILER_VERSION() intrinsic function returns (incorrectly) the string:

"Intel(R) Fortran Compiler for applications running on Intel(R) 64, Version 2025.3.0 Build 20251023"

This should be updated to reflect the appropriate compiler version number.
