Hi everybody,
I am trying to use the above software package with my Intel Fortran Compiler (http://www.uni-graz.at/imawww/kuntsevich/solvopt/).
On the web site it says it requires "MS FORTRAN Optimizing Compiler 1.0 for MS Windows". This appears to be an outdated MS fortran compiler. I attempted to run the package with the Intel compiler and get the error messages "Error 2 error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license ifort " and "Error 1 Error A license for FCompW could not be obtained. D:CodeROSENBR.FOR 1 ".
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? Thanks a lot in advance!
Benjamin

The compiler it is referring to is from 1991. The error you have with ifort is that you do not have Intel Fortran installed with a proper license. Where did you get the compiler and which version are you using?
