Transfer a license/registration to new user

The prior user of our Intel Fortran Compiler license has left the company.  I need to have the license and registration shifted over to me.  How can I get this to happen?  Every attempt to register the license on this site just gives the notice that it is already registered.  Thanks.

There is a forum for registration. You need to post there and wait for one of the Intel people to respond. Usually this then gets switched to email for safety reasons.

But for the latest compilers (branded OneAPI) you don't need a licence you can just download, install  and use free of charge. Only Support contracts cost money.
