Trouble for creating a Fortran workplace

Hi Everyone,

I am new to Fortran user. I installed the Intel® parallel_studio_xe_2019_update5_cluster_edition, Intel® parallel_studio_xe_2019_update4_composer_edition for Windows. I also installed the Microsoft Visual 2019_VS_community__143675840.1571846714__rid.30012 in order to implement the Fortran language however, I just cannot see any option for creating a Fortran project. I am wondering if anyone can help me with this issue. I tried and used the problem-solving issue from the Intel website. It still does not work.
