Hey,
seems like a temporary issue on intel’s registration backend rather than something on your side. the “unexpected error” message appears when the user portal fails to reach the licensing service, which happens occasionally after account migrations or maintenance.

try clearing browser cache or using an incognito window first — if that doesn’t work, go directly to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/software-registration.html and try signing in again. if it still fails, email [email protected] (Intel Registration Center) with your serial number and the product name “Intel Parallel Studio XE Professional Edition for Fortran for Windows” — they can manually register or fix your license record.

Thanks, I tried a few times already but not yet success.

Installed VS2022 , oneAP Base toolkit and oneAPI Intel Fortran essentials according to instructions. 

However, after opening VS2022, no Fortran options are available.

Could you perhaps guide me to install instructions for one API Fortan under Visual Studio.

I was going to point you to an Intel article on configuring Visual Studio for use with Intel compilers, but Intel deleted it (or changed its location)! The short answer is to do a "modify" on Visual Studio, select the "Desktop applications using C++" component, then redo the Intel Fortran install.

Please forgive, but I don't know what you mean by "modify" on Visual Studio, select the Desktop applications using C++ component....

Can you please clarify a bit more clearly what I should do to solve the issue.

I am not a regular user of Visual Studio - I use Rad Studio and C++ Builder

FWIW, here is the archive.org copy of the deleted page. Intel likes to quietly delete pages that reference older product versions even if the info is is still applicable to current versions.
