Unable to Rehost/Regenerate License for Server Replacement

Hello,

I am using Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition for C++ Linux and need to replace my license server PC.
When I attempt to perform "Rehost/Regenerate License" through the Intel Registration Center website to generate a new license for the replacement server, I receive the following error message:
"Please fill in the mandatory details."
As a result, the new license is not being issued.
However, I have verified that all mandatory fields (Server 1 Id, Server 1 Name, Server Port, and Vendor Port) are correctly filled in with the appropriate values.
I have also tried this operation using multiple different web browsers, but the same error occurs in all cases.
Could you please advise me on how to properly regenerate the license data for my new server PC?
