Undefined iargc, getarg

I tried to compile my code on redhat9 and got the following error message:

Undefined IARGC_
undefined GETARG..

Doesn't the current compiler support it? How to fix it?

I'm not sure about red hat 9, since it's not supported, but did you issue the -Vaxlib option for both compile and link? Read the hints in other threads about what may and may not be accomplished with red hat 9.
