No. Update 4 was a specially planned Windows-only release to provide integration support into Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 with no other bug fixes. The Parallel Studio XE 2015 Update 5 will be released for both Windows and Linux in the mid-August timeframe.
Our apologies for any confusion this caused.

Thanks for that information. It's good to know that the next update is due shortly. (I am deploying a new Linux workstation and wanted to install the most recent version of the compilers).
Can you say if the forthcoming Update 5 will install/run on Fedora 22?

I can't at the moment. It is not listed under supported OSes for PSXE 2015; only Fedora 20 & 21 are so let me check on this.

We will not officially support Fedora 22 in our coming PSXE 2015 Update 5. Our Developers said our compiler would likely have problems with the gcc5 version which is native on Fedora 22.
We will support Fedora 22 in our upcoming PSXE 2016 release which should be available later this month.

Thanks for following up. I did wonder about the gcc 5.x version in Fedora 22 (and that libc is compiled with that).
Just to confirm, Intel plan to release both Parallel Studio XE 2015 Update 5 and the first release of Parallel Studio XE 2016 sometime this August?

Yes, that is the current plan barring any unforeseen problems. It looks like Update 5 will come out first. I'll post a reply when each is available so you know.

I am using Fortran 15.0.3 on Fedora 22 without any problems for a while now. FYI.
