Upgrade from CVF 6.1A to 6.5

Sorry going back a bit... I have a need to upgrade an installation from CVF 6.1A to 6.6A.  I have the upgrade files for 6.5 -> 6.6 and 6.6 -> 6.6A but not from 6.1A -> 6.5.  Where can I get this?

This was a paid upgrade from Compaq sold on a CD - not a free download.

Why do you want to 'upgrade' to somethinmg that is 10+ years out of date and is not supported?
