How to get an upgrade from 9.1 to 11.1 and how much is the fee (with IMSL included)?

The way we handle upgrades is for you to purchase an extension to your support term. Each extension adds a year to your previous term. If your current license is for 9.1, it was purchased long ago enough that it is more cost-effective to purchase a new license. The compiler with IMSL is priced at $1699. You can purchase from Intel or from an authorized reseller. See this link for details.
