VS 2010 - HELP doesn't work at all

I tried to use itin a VS2010 project.

When I want to look at the HELP file, it tries to do a Web access, in other words, does not know
anything at all about local HELP.

When I use the Help manager to look at local help, it also tries to do a Web access.
So asking for HELP locally has no effect.

Accessing HELP from the Web does not do anything either.

You can't download Fortran help from the Web, it says "local."

We could do a Google search, but there is no way to limit it to Fortran topics, so
there is a bewildering array of hundreds of choices.

Here are instructions on how to access help from outside Microsoft Visual Studio:
Our documentation is installed here:
Start -> All Programs =>Intel Parallell Studio XE 2011 => Documentation
orposted online here:
Inside Microsoft Visual Studio you can toggle the Help from online to local, under the Help Options, so you might want to try that. The F1 help as dicussed on another thread does not work in some cases in VS 2010 and the compiler Update 7.

Thanks,
