Version 2024.2.1 release notes?

There was a new release of Intel Fortran on August 5, 2024 (3 days ago as I write this).  See

Are there any release notes for this release?  What changed?  In particular, were any problems with the ifx debugger fixed?

Same question. What were the changes / where are the release notes?

I understand this is/will be the last ever version of the Classic ifort?
