Very old image returned

What's going on with the Forum support? I just noticed that an image of me I replaced a long time ago (because Steve Lionel used to joke about it) returned to the forum. Is not possible to retain the last status?

Now the most recent image is displayed again. Not important, but interesting how "maintenance" can cause problems...
