I run the BitDefender Rescue CD every few weeks to make sure my system stays clean. I just ran a scan this afternoon and it reported a virus in some of the Intel installation files. All prior scans reported no viruses. It might be a false positive but would like to be sure. Here is the report results:

False positive. We run five different malware scans on our installers and they are clean. Note that gen.variant.graftor is "A Generic Detection of a file that appears to have trojan-like features or behavior." - it's not a real signature of a known virus.

Thanks for checking and sorry for the false alarm. I been using BitDefender Rescue scans for a long time and never had it flag any files.
