Visual Fortran 2015

Is Visual Fortran 2015 available to download? I have 2017 but manufacturer precompiles models do not support versions beyond 2015. Thanks.

No, and by "do not support" it simply means "we didn't test it". I know of no reason to use an older compiler version, unless the code you are using is incorrect and has bugs detected or revealed by later versions.
