Visual Fortran on Windows CE

It may be a long shot but - does anybody know if it is somehow possible to run programs which needs the visual fortran runtime on windows CE devices?

I assume you mean Windows CE running on IA-32 processors, as otherwise there is no hope at all. We have never tried this and doubt it would work. How would you use this combination?
My guess is that it may well work on Windows XP Embedded, but we haven't tried that either.
