I installed Visual Studio 2005 into a folder on an external drive. (Not enough space on C.) Then I installed Intel Visual Fortran into the same folder. When I run Visual Studio I don't see any fortran option. What did I do wrong?

Into the SAME folder? Or another folder on the same drive? What are the full paths to the two products?

See if the steps and tool in this article help.

Thanks for the quick response.

Both are installed into the folder H:\MyIDEs. The folder contains a subfolder named Intel Fortran along with subfolders and files created by the Visual Studio install.

I did read the article you mentioned and thought I was following it.

Normally, the compiler install is under Intel\Compilers - the "Intel Fortran" folder under the Visual Studio folder is created by the compiler install - that's where the VS integration files go. Where is the compiler itself installed? What happens when you run the repair tool? What is its output?
