Visual fortran and floating license

hi all,

first, i would like to say that i check the FAQ or SEARCH ARTICLES concerning floating license in that forum, i ain't got an answer.

so my question is :

about floating license for visual fortran, at what moment the token is taken from the server? at the aperture of the program? during compilation only?

we have to define the number of licenses from that answer.
