Hi, I purchased the Intel Visual Fortran Compiler (with IMSL for Windows) many years ago. It has served me very well. Now I need to install on a new computer. I found out, to my surprise, that the download link does not work anymore. It looks like it the Intel Fortran is free now but it is not the visual version. Does anyone know how to get the Visual version? I would most appreciate your help. Many thanks in advance.

Many things have changed since when you installed IMSL+Visual Fortran. IMSL is no longer available from Intel.
If you still have the downloaded installer on your old computer, you can copy and run that installer on the new computer.
If you do not, you need to obtain Visual Studio from Microsoft and install it before obtaining and installing the HPC toolkit from Intel. See Ron Green's post, https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Fortran-Compiler/The-Easy-and-Fast-Way-to-Install-JUST-Fortran-with-Intel-oneAPI/m-p/1406737#M162344 .
You may have trouble getting IMSL 7.0.1 to work with the current Ifort compiler. Do you really need IMSL?

This article describes older version support.
IMSL FNL 2021 supports our 2021 version, and therefore should be compatible with our 2022 version - we haven't changed any dirs or ABI since 2021. You could ask their support team about compatibility with ifort 2022. They advertise a free trial, and our 2022 compiler is free - give it a go.
