Which Visual Studio components?

I have installed Update 4 Composer Edition, which no longer works with my VS 2015 Shell (Integrated).  I'm starting to install VS Studio 2019, but there are many options under Workloads and Individual Components and it is not clear what I need to create Fortran programs.

What do I need to get?  (I only write command-line programs)

To use the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment or command-line tools to build IA-32[4] or Intel® 64 architecture applications, one of:

Microsoft Visual Studio 2019* Professional Edition, Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise Edition, or Microsoft Visual Studio Community Edition with 'Desktop development with C++' component installed [7]
