I noticed that the recent Intel survey sent to me asking about my software development needswith regards to parallelism conspicuously makes no mention of GPU parallelism (e.g. via CUDA or OpenCL).Does this mean that Intel is not even considering it and if so, is it for technical or political/business reasons?

The Ct namespace/library (currently available in beta for Windows, but not yet for GPU) is the first product aimed toward addressing GPGPU. Evidently, this implies a C++ compiler. Final decisions about which varieties of GPU would be supported haven't been made.
