The screen capture suggests that the Intel Fortran integration did not install correctly, but I see nothing related to your WinApp1 build problem. Examining the build log may be helpful.

What version of Intel Visual Fortran are you using? It would appear that the fpp preprocessor has a problem with multinational characters in your file path, but I thought we fixed that some time ago. That is preventing the executable from being built.
To install the integration, you run the compiler install and click on the last Install or Modify button in the installer screen, then follow the prompts. I recommend uninstalling the "Intel Fortran Integration into Microsoft Visual Studio" from Add or Remove Programs and then reinstall. Be sure you are using the latest version, w_fc_c_9.0.028.
