The inclusion of the -nodefaultlib switches worries me - especially the one for DFOR.LIB. If you have references to that, you have bigger troubles.

I started the command prompt in the following way:
C:Documents and Settingshuiyan>diana initia
diana: working directory is C:Documents and Settingshuiyan
diana: input file is initia.dat
diana: command file is initia.com
diana: output file is initia.out
diana: filos file is diana.ff
Then the error message is found.

Before you do the "diana" command, do this:
"C:Program FilesIntelCompilerFortran9.1IA32Binifortvars.bat"
(with the quotes), then try building.
