cvf6.5 install failed

I can't install cvf6.5
It alaways pop a messagebox said "Can't create folders" when the install wizard in the phase of create folders and icons. Then the install process stop.

You have to have administrator priviliges to install, I think.
Maybe you are trying to install to a disk that has certain actions protected.
