cvf6.5a strange problem

I use a module writen by fortran77 fixed format with other file written by fortran90 free format, when compile, got this:
f90: Fatal: There has been an internal compiler error (C0000005)
could any one tell me what's problem? Thanks!

There's a bug in the compiler. Try upgrading to 6.6 and then 6.6C - 6.5A is four years old.
