executable hangs on Windows 7

Executable built with Intel Visual Fortran version 11.1.038 IA32 hanged on Windows 7. So I downloaded Intel Visual Fortran version 11.1.064 IA32 and installed it.I did not uninstall previous version, just installed the new one.

Executable built with this new version has the same symptom on Windows 7 (it hangs).

I apprecite your help.

Please attach a project, including an EXE, that shows this problem. We have several reports of it but so far are finding it impossible to reliably reproduce.
