fglAddSwapHintRectWIN

I try to utilize the fglAddSwapHintRectWIN routine before
calling the SwapBuffers routine. My problem is that after
doing these calls nothing nothing appears in the screen. I think I have a clean linking without any complians.
My program is a double-buffered list rendering OpenGL
application.
