hello, could anyone advise, where can I get the fix for

for DPD200138749 problem

namely obtain IMSL_linear_operators_intel64.zip

allowing to solve the problem?

I could not download it from internet anymore but

I have subscription to fortran only till update 4.

It is available here - a problem was fixed that caused the file to be inaccessible for a while.
