If it is an operating system problem, and not related to Fortran, you would have to search for a related discussion forum.
If the problem can be demonstrated with a Fortran example, showing that here would go a long way.

For example, if you had an Intel motherboard, and could explain yourself in some detail, you could use one of the support links, e.g. those hidden at the top of the threading forum. Apparently, people usually ask these questions there.

Alright this doesn't look like a IVf issue, however try doing this
Right click on 'My computer' icon and select properties. This will open 'System Properties' window and you can see the physical memory, CPU speeds etc....
AlternativelyGo to control panel>system
BTW 4 ghz represents the speed of your CPU, not the memory !
If you are still not able to see that, try tech support from your computer manufacturer .

(1) Turn off Caps Lock.
(2) Write in punctuated sentences (leave out the "...").
(3) RAM is measured in GB (gigabytes), CPU speed is measured in GHz (gigahertz).
(4) Since this is a Fortran board, provide a Fortran program that demonstrates your problem.
