ifort not running a simple program

I am new to Linux and Fortran. I went through the installation of the fortran compiler and set the .bash to the following.

source /opt/intel/compilerpro-12.0.1.107/bin/ifortvars.sh intel64

Is this correct?

I then try to run ifort on a HelloWorld.f90 file and nothing happens.

No one look at me...I am a moron...I have to run the executable file...
