I have just update my ubuntu WSL2 installation of the latest version of oneApi 2023.2.0 using:
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
As usual I have recreated the module files launching:
...:/opt/intel/oneapi$ sudo ./modulefiles-setup.sh
from the linux prompt.
The problem is that no "compiler" module file is present anymore.
...:/opt/intel/oneapi$ module avail

I can still access the compilers sourcing the setvars.sh but I would like to use modulefiles.
Have you noticed something similar?

Thanks for reporting this issue that the module files for the compiler are missing in oneAPI 2023.2. We are aware and working on a hotfix to help you.
I have anecdotal evidence that the compiler modulefiles from oneAPI 2023.1 work okay with oneAPI 2023.2.

I expect to see a hot fix to the compiler that will deliver the modulefiles. Target is this week.
It will be a patch for oneAPI 2023.2.
Stay tuned.
