input data file

i wanna input data which is txt or dat file. i dont do this. i saw a few example in internet but i dont this. 

in instance input data  file

1 25

2 33

3 37

4 45

how fortran can  read this data do you know, help me

i know very basic question  otherwise i search but i didnt do
