libcoremdd.dll not found - IVF error message

I am using the Intel Visual Fortran Compiler. It was working fine until now, when it gave me the error saying "libcoremdd.dll not found. reinstalling the application might help". I reinstalled the visual fortran compiler and that didnt fix the problem either. Please help.

Is this the system you do development on, or a different one? Is Visual C++ installed? Does the PATH environment variable include the path to the Fortran LIB folder?
