registering Intel Visual Fortran

Hello,

I rtecenty paid for and installed Intel Visual Fortran, and it is currently running in the evaluation mode. The shipping materials are long gone, and if there was an install code included therewith, it is also long gone. what is the best course to follow to register this product?
