I have a weird finding in Visual Studio 2008.

I rename the filename in some project in a solution.

I Find some keyword in my solution, then I find the same results are seen in two same renamed files.

I am sure there are not same files in my disk after searching.

Then I remove that file and add that file.

Find again. Just one result in renamed file. No two same files!
