screenio and Win98

Does anyone have a version of screenio.f90 and screenio.lib that work with Win98 as well as Win2000? I've finally got all my utility programs working with Win200 by migrating from my old screen routines to screenio, but they don't work on my old Win98 system.

The problem is in Win98 - nothing that screenio can do about it.
