I recently tried to upgrade my VS2010 Fortran to SP1. I get the message that I should run shell_patch.msi, but that file does not exist on my computer. Help...

Please uninstall Fortran and VS2010 Shell. Then download and install the full Update 7 installer. It will provide the patch MSI (has a different name).
