Does the Intel compiler supply modules for accessing the same (or more inclusive) subset of win32 API's as the compaq compiler?

Yes. It includes modules that are based on those of CVF 6.6, with some changes to reflect the 7.1 compiler's lack of support for STRUCTURE and UNION in modules.
